New Ford Bronco in Muskegon, MI

Some of you might remember the old off-road-ready Ford Bronco from 1996. Well, Ford recently modernized the Bronco using everything the Ford design team has learned and developed over the last few decades to make it better than ever. Come see everything it's capable of for yourself at Great Lakes Ford of Muskegon!

The Bronco offers three powertrain options. Even the base 2.3-liter I4 provides excellent performance, producing up to 300 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of torque. Still, it's worth upgrading to the 2.7-liter V6 for its boosted production of up to 330 horsepower and a massive 415 pound-feet of torque, which makes it excel at crawling. Finally, there's a 3.0-liter V6 that can generate 418 horsepower and 440 pound-feet of torque for when you need all the power you can muster on the trails around Norton Shores.

The classic look for the Ford Bronco has only two doors, but you can also choose a modernized four-door Bronco if you need a bit more space for your family, friends or cargo on your next adventure. Best of all, you can remove all four doors and stow them in the cargo area for open-air driving. Two-door Bronco SUVs come with a removable hard-top, while most four-door models come standard with a removable soft-top or an available hard-top. Whichever you get, both roof options make it easy to enjoy an even more open-air experience wherever you go.

The powertrain options are only a small piece of the Bronco's incredible off-roading potential. This SUV provides an approach angle of 43.2 degrees, a departure angle of 37.2 degrees and a breakover angle of 29 degrees. If you happen to misjudge the height of an obstacle, you can trust the many available bash plates that protect critical components like your fuel tank, engine, transfer case, stabilizer bar and more! You'll also be able to take advantage of one of four different High-Performance Off-Road Stability Suspension Systems (HOSS), each of which is tuned to provide an incredible ride whether you're rock crawling, tackling snow-covered hills or driving down the beach.

Every new Ford Bronco comes standard with Ford's advanced SYNC® 4 infotainment system, with base trim levels using an 8-inch touchscreen display, while the top trim levels make use of a 12-inch touchscreen. With SYNC® 4, you can enjoy wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, SiriusXM®, FordPass Connect™ and much more! You'll also get a voice-activated GPS navigation system to help you find your way home after a long day on the trails.

The exact layout inside the Bronco will depend on whether you choose a four-door or two-door model. With a four-door Bronco, you'll have space for up to five people across two rows of seats. The two-door variant is a bit smaller, with space for four and less overall cargo space. However, no matter the size of Bronco you choose, it'll be easy to clean up after long drives through the dust and the mud around Grand Haven. The Bronco offers rubberized floor mats and drain plugs on some of the higher trim levels, making it a simple matter to hose down the cabin and let all the grime and much wash away.

Of course, none of this means anything if you don't feel safe driving your new Ford Bronco. Fortunately, every new Bronco at Great Lakes Ford of Muskegon comes with a bevy of driver-assist features like Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, and you can pick up extra systems like a Blind Spot Information System with Cross-Traffic Alert on higher trim levels.

When you're looking for an SUV that can handle the toughest off-road adventures, you'll be hard pressed to find something that beats the new Ford Bronco. We don't expect you to take our word for it, though, so feel free to come down to our Muskegon showroom to take one of these amazing SUVs for a test drive!
